Founder
Prior to founding RedTree Capital, Eric Sasson worked at The Carlyle Group for over 12 years.
He joined in 2001 as Fund Head, responsible for establishing the European real estate platform for the group. He successfully raised 3 funds and invested more than €4 billion of equity and completed over 100 transactions in 13 countries. The team of talented professionals he put together reached almost 60 people, of different nationalities, based in 7 countries and saw little turnover.
Before 2001, Eric Sasson was Head of LaSalle Investment Management, Continental European operations, where he raised and invested several funds. He started his career in France as a property developer.
Frank Vitaglione has over 30 years of experience in Finance and over 15 in Real Estate Finance.
He started his career as Finance Director in the food and beverage industry for large companies such as Cadbury, Coca-Cola, and the Dole Food Company. In 2009, he joined CBRE Investment Management, one of the world’s largest real estate investment managers, as European CFO/COO, where he redesigned the CBRE Investment Management European Finance Team and was instrumental in the successfully launch of a €500 million Pan European Real Estate Fund.
Over the last years, he has been working for Credit Suisse Global Real Estate, first acting as an International CFO where he implemented a new operating model for the international finance department and then as the French local legal representative for the CS French investments.
Frank Vitaglione speaks 4 languages and holds several master’s from the University of Paris, including an MBA from the Sorbonne Business School
Managing Director – Head of Asset Management
Before joining RedTree Capital in early 2015, Agnes Defix was Associate Director of the Carlyle Group, she joined in 2001 as Asset Manager for the European fund.
Agnes Defix was in charge of value creation and sales of French and Belgian assets, mainly for the offices and residential portfolio. During her 13 years with Carlyle, she managed approximately 175,000 sqm of office space, overseeing the major restructuring of Parisian buildings, rental marketing, negotiations for leasing and selling. Agnes Defix was also in charge of the condominium conversion of 1,200 residential units in Paris and Lyon.
Agnès Defix began her career in Australia, working for two years at the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG), which took place in 2000.
Managing Director, Head of Acquisition
Prior to joining RedTree Capital, Thomas Chartiez was a Director for LBO France, joining in 2014 as a Investment Manager for the French fund. He was in charge both of acquisitions and asset management of French office buildings or light industrial assets.
He specialized in break-up strategies of portfolios.
During his 5 years at LBO France or his previous experience at Société de la Tour Eiffel, he bought 17 buildings (for a total of approx. 82 000 sqml, through asset or share deals but always on a value-added strategy.
Thomas began his career at DTZ Investors working as investment and asset managers on behalf or international institutional investors.
Associate
Prior to joining RedTree Capital, Grégoire Malézieux worked at Crédit Agricole SA and at Ardian in Paris, where he worked on corporate finance transactions and at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management in Paris, as an analyst in real estate fund management.
He graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management (Master in Management).
Associate - Financial Controller
Albane Streichenberger is joining RedTree Capital after 4 years at Ardian where she had been working as a Financial Controller within the Infrastructure Team in Paris.
Before that, she worked for KPMG in Financial Audit. She graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management (Master in Management).
Analyst
Martin Suty joined RedTree Capital in September 2020. Prior to join us as analyst, Martin Suty interned in our teams and at Thales in Paris, where he worked in the financial control department.
He graduated from EDHEC Business School (Master in Business Management).
Executive Assistant
Before joining RedTree Capital, Anne created her own structure providing small et middle size companies with administrative support.
Anne graduated from Aix-en-Provence Economy and Management University.
